The Aero 45 – light multifunctional aircraft was built by the Czech firm AERO in 1947. By 1951 the company produced about 200 aircraft, most of them were exported to German Democratic Republic, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland and USSR. Aero 45 were used as air taxi, messenger and sanitary aircraft. Some Aero 45 planes served in Air Forces of the CSSR under the code name K75.
