An open tower welded of vertical armored sheets was installed upon self-propelled chassis of Su-76M. An automatic anti-aircraft 37mm gun 61-K was placed inside a tower. An armored hull preserved crew and units against adversary's fire. A turret – rotary; a small gun in a tower has vertical corners of prompting: from 3 up to 85 degrees. The machine weighing 10.5 tons had the maximum speed of 45 km/h. In general, over 150 machines were constructed. It was the first anti-aircraft plant on a trucked chassis.
