KASKR-1 is the first Soviet autogiro. It was designed by N.I. Kamov and N.K. Skrzhinsky in 1929. Its scheme, parameters and construction elements resembled the Sierva C-8 autogiro. Its construction consist of the fuselage of U-1 biplane and engine M-2 with power 120 hp. It attained the speed 90 km/h.
