The manufacturing of BZ-38 was started in 1938. This refuel truck was the basic transport and refueling machine of Air Forces of RKKA. On the chassis of the automobile GAZ-AAA had established the tank of 1350 litres volume. The cabin of steering of refueling was in a front part of the tank.
