The production of flame-throwing tank Flammpanzer 38(t) was started in December 1944. On 20 tank hunters instead of a gun were installed a flamethrower Flammenwerfer 41. Absence of a gun was masked by a model-gun. The flamethrower had range of action of 60 meters. These tanks took part in operations near Ardennes, in Balaton operations and during other fights of WWII.
